Director of Field Operations Requirements & Qualifications

·       3–5 years of restaurant General Manager experience or 1–3 years of multi-unit management overseeing $25 million+ in annual revenue

·       ServSafe Certification

·       Experience with Toast Point of Sale software

·       Experience with Service Channel facility maintenance software and LRM platforms

·       Strong business management and accounting knowledge

·       Superior computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Previous experience managing union employees

·       Willingness to travel up to 30% and provide after-hours support as needed

Director of Field Operations Preferred Background & Skills

·       Experience in both full-service and quick-service restaurant operations

·       Ability to resolve conflicts and de-escalate challenging situations

·       Decisive, with strong delegation and resource management skills

Director of Field Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities

·       Lead, coach, and supervise multiple restaurant locations and hospitality managers within the restaurants

·       Conduct regular store audits, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure consistent application of company standards

·       Engage directly with guests to resolve feedback and uphold high service standards

·       Support General Managers and the home office, both on-site and remotely

·       Manage supply chain issues and assist with food service procurement as needed

·       Consistently seek ways to improve operations, address challenges, and implement solutions

·       Complete special projects and initiatives
