Director of Talent Development

Join a respected restaurant group as the Director of Talent Development, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce. Director of Talent Development Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year
  • Eligible for a bonus program of 20% of base salary

Director of Talent Development Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of training and development experience with progressive leadership responsibility
  • Strong background in HR or organizational development
  • Restaurant operations and hospitality industry experience required
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into development frameworks that drive performance and retention
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage leaders at all levels
  • Experience leveraging data and technology to measure impact and improve programs

Director of Talent Development Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in a full-service restaurant setting
  • Familiarity with creating scalable programs for a diverse workforce
  • Ability to inspire and drive cultural alignment through people development

Director of Talent Development Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise-wide development strategies to enhance employee experience
  • Lead a Hospitality Training Manager and collaborate with senior leadership on learning initiatives
  • Develop training and talent development systems tailored to the organization’s needs
  • Foster partnerships with General Managers to ensure alignment and effectiveness of training programs
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve development programs and measure impact
