Director of Recreation & Guest Experience
Salary up to $110,000 + Relocation Assistance
Join a premier Gulf Coast resort and lead all recreation, activities, events, pool complexes, and beach operations. This role drives guest satisfaction through creative programming while ensuring exceptional service, safety, and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Oversee kids’ programs, family activities, and signature events
- Lead waterpark and pool operations, including slides, splash zones, and lazy river
- Manage beach services and daily guest setups
- Grow revenue through cabanas, daybeds, and premium experiences
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing recreation team
- Maintain facilities, uphold safety standards, and manage budgets
What You Bring
- 5–7+ years of leadership in recreation, waterpark, or resort operations
- Strong programming and event experience
- Proven success in guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- CPO or lifeguard certification preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
