Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Floor Manager or FOH leader in fine dining hospitality.
Polished, confident leadership presence with strong emotional intelligence.
Guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence.
Ability to thrive in a high-expectation environment.

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills.
Ability to lead diverse teams and build a positive culture.
Background in Michelin-level or award-winning concepts strongly preferred.

Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
Train and develop teams to reflect the brand’s elevated expectations.
Foster a guest-first culture that prioritizes hospitality excellence.
Collaborate with management to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency.
