Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Floor Manager or FOH leader in fine dining hospitality.
  • Polished, confident leadership presence with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-expectation environment.

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and build a positive culture.
  • Background in Michelin-level or award-winning concepts strongly preferred.

Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Train and develop teams to reflect the brand’s elevated expectations.
  • Foster a guest-first culture that prioritizes hospitality excellence.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency.
