Please note this is a traditional role that reports to an office setting 5 days per week.

Customer Success Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee and optimize daily operations of the customer support department.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve service levels.
  • Report directly to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.

Customer Success Manager Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer support or customer service management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a growing team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Experience in wellness, holistic health, or related industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site corporate environment, Monday-Friday.
