We are seeking a results-driven, hunter-focused Business Development Manager to grow revenue and expand market presence in Land Reclamation with inert materials.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
  • Quarterly Bonus Plan & Performance Incentives (uncapped potential)

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven success in outside sales, business development, or account management with measurable results
  • Exceptional ability to prospect, cold call, follow up, and close deals independently
  • Comfortable working in blue-collar, field-driven environments, including early mornings and job site visits
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented — thrives under minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience with inert materials
  • Strong understanding of contractor operations, field realities, and decision-making processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with crew leads, owners, and executives alike
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven work ethic
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Passion for sustainability, land reclamation, and environmental solutions
  • Chemistry background is a plus
