What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Retail Buyer or in a related purchasing role
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Working knowledge of inventory management and retail merchandising
- Excellent communication and vendor relationship management abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on profitability and performance
What You’ll Do
- Source and purchase merchandise aligned with customer demand and market trends
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
- Manage inventory levels to maximize sell-through and minimize excess stock
- Analyze sales and performance data to optimize assortments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners
- Oversee purchase orders and monitor product performance from order to sell-through
