What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Retail Buyer or in a related purchasing role
Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
Working knowledge of inventory management and retail merchandising
Excellent communication and vendor relationship management abilities
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on profitability and performance

What You’ll Do

Source and purchase merchandise aligned with customer demand and market trends
Evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
Manage inventory levels to maximize sell-through and minimize excess stock
Analyze sales and performance data to optimize assortments
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners
Oversee purchase orders and monitor product performance from order to sell-through
