Executive Meeting Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in closing business and managing client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Executive Meeting Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Executive Meeting Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Solicit, negotiate, and confirm new and repeat business to maximize revenue.
- Prepare and execute sales contracts, event orders, and group resumes.
- Coordinate all function details with clients, including space requirements and billing.
- Follow up on leads through various channels such as telemarketing and internet prospecting.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality product delivery.
