We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join a well-established Casino/Gaming company, in the beautiful state of Kansas! The position is in-office and requires residency or relocation to Kansas. Apply now to find out more information!

Finance Director Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
5+ years in a current Finance Director titled position for the Casino/Gaming industry
Must have, or be able to obtain, the required gaming license
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with executives and operations
High ethical standards and business integrity
Decisive, solution-oriented and adaptable
Positive attitude and energy

Finance Director Preferred Background & Skills:

MBA or Master’s in Finance
CPA Certification
Experience with 10-key and Microsoft Office Suite
