Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lender – Business Development Officer to develop a book of business- both loans and deposits. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of underwriting and be personable, very driven, and proactive about growing their client base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of banking or business development experience required in the Denver Metro area
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of loan underwriting, business development, and processing procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
