Commercial Property Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of luxury or Class A commercial property experience, preferably with a commercial real estate developer.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, management, and analytical skills with a proven ability to deliver superior financial performance.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be bi-lingual in Spanish
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
Commercial Property Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple mixed-use properties throughout the area, including retail and office spaces.
- Accounting responsibility for entire commercial asset P&L
- Manage an organized portfolio of site plans, LODs, and lease exhibits, and update listings on external marketing databases.
- Partner with the marketing department to develop leasing campaign strategies and tactics to promote tenant interest.
- Maintain key documentation related to upcoming lease expirations, vacancies, marketing packages, category exclusives, site restrictions, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with the construction department to establish a scope of work and budget for tenant improvements, overseeing the landlord and tenant build-out processes.
