We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Project Assistant to support our Project Manager on drywall construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. This position plays a key role in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, coordinating schedules, and ensuring clear communication between office and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and project support to the Project Manager
Create, update, and organize project documents, spreadsheets, and reports
Track materials, schedules, and overall project progress
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients
Assist with project coordination, quality control, and workflow management

Requirements:

Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
Dependable and able to commute within a reasonable distance
