What You’ll Lead

$10M+ restaurant buildouts
Design development & architectural coordination
MEP + engineering alignment
Budgets, cost control, and value engineering
Site selection + due diligence
Vendor and contractor oversight
End-to-end development execution

What You Bring

10–15+ years in construction, development, or architecture
Experience managing large-scale hospitality or retail projects
Strong understanding of design, MEP systems, and buildout complexity
Ability to balance creativity, engineering, and cost
A hands-on, owner’s-rep mindset
