Restaurant Kitchen Manager – Up to $150K

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service or scratch-kitchen setting
Solid understanding of food safety, inventory, and labor management
Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and team-building skills
Ability to lead the kitchen, ensuring performance, food quality, and service excellence
Experience in overseeing day-to-day operations and monitoring team performance

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience in a high-energy, team-driven environment
Passion for coaching and developing future culinary leaders
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and service
