Venues and Events General Manager
We are seeking an accomplished, visionary, and hands-on Venues and Events General Manager to oversee a collection of distinctive retail food & beverage concepts and luxury on-site events at one of Boston’s most iconic destinations. Venues and Events General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire operations across multiple venues, ensuring consistency, profitability, and elevated guest experiences
- Collaborate closely with sales, culinary, and event teams to deliver seamless and memorable events
- Drive strategic planning, operational systems, and service standards to achieve financial and experiential excellence
- Foster a culture of mentorship, accountability, and continuous improvement among all team members
- Communicate effectively across departments, clients, and ownership with clarity and professionalism
Venues and Events General Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level management experience overseeing multi-venue or complex operations
- Proven background in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end catering/event operations
- Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving financial and operational goals
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at leading diverse teams in high-profile settings
