Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role (fast-casual or full-service preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Strong understanding of P&L management, inventory, and labor controls
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Proven success in managing daily operations, including scheduling, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Strong focus on food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to operational standards
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Unique Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service and team engagement
- Motivate and coach team members to meet and exceed performance goals
- Ensure high standards of food quality, speed of service, and restaurant cleanliness
- Collaborate with leadership on local marketing efforts and community engagement
- Review daily reports to identify operational and financial opportunities
Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with franchise or multi-unit restaurant operations
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Passion for developing people and cultivating a positive, team-oriented culture
- Familiarity with restaurant technology (POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory management platforms)
