About the Opportunity

A leading federal services contractor is seeking an experienced Project / Contract Manager (PM) to oversee a large-scale U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facilities maintenance and services program across multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for full lifecycle contract management — ensuring operational readiness, compliance, quality control, and safety excellence in alignment with federal performance standards.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and federal holidays

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing facility operations, maintenance, or service contracts of similar size and complexity
  • Familiarity with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), FAR, and DoD standards
  • OSHA 30-Hour Certification or equivalent safety training preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities; able to lead multi-site teams and subcontractors

  • Lead and manage the full scope of facilities maintenance operations — planning, staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Oversee implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance reporting
  • Collaborate with Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) to maintain a zero-incident safety culture
  • Support Environmental Management System (EMS) goals including sustainability and pollution prevention initiatives
  • Ensure all deliverables, reports, and documentation meet government standards and audit requirements

Preferred Background & Skills

  • Previous experience in federal contracting or government facilities management
  • Knowledge of safety, environmental, and energy management programs
  • Demonstrated success building strong relationships with contracting officers and federal stakeholders
