We’re looking for a Full-Time DVM who is passionate about delivering exceptional care in a state-of-the-art emergency hospital located in beautiful Encinitas, CA.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in General Practice, with at least 1 year in Emergency Medicine (must be able to practice solo)
  • Surgical Skills: Minimum 2 years of surgical experience
  • Licensure: Active California DVM license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Decision-Making: Proven ability to prioritize, analyze, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced ER environment
  • Mindset: A compassionate, servant-leadership approach and a genuine commitment to patient care
  • Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of best practices and current standards in veterinary medicine
