The Opportunity
The Regional Director of MedSpa Operations will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple med spa locations across the Southeast region. This role ensures operational excellence, drives revenue growth, and builds high-performing teams that deliver exceptional patient experiences.
You will oversee financial performance, team leadership, and brand consistency — reporting directly to the CEO and helping shape the future of a fast-growing aesthetics network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across multiple MedSpa locations within the assigned region of TN, GA & NC
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
- Coach and mentor Spa Directors and Practice Managers to achieve performance goals.
- Own full P&L accountability — drive revenue growth, optimize expenses, and meet profitability targets.
- Partner with Finance and Marketing on budgeting, forecasting, and growth initiatives.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
- Champion an exceptional patient experience across all clinics.
- Support implementation of new service lines, technologies, and operational systems.
- Oversee new site start-ups and regional expansion projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
- 5–7+ years of multi-site leadership experience in medical aesthetics, med spa, cosmetic, or healthcare operations.
- Proven success in managing P&L, revenue growth, and team development across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities in dynamic, service-driven settings.
- Strategic mindset with solid analytical and business acumen.
- Willingness to travel regionally across GA, TN, and NC.
