Join our clients growing team as a Physician Billing Specialist, where your expertise in billing, collections, and claim resolution helps ensure accurate, timely reimbursement and supports the financial health of our physician services network.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Revenue Cycle team, you’ll:

• Submit and track insurance claims (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay) to ensure timely and accurate payment
• Research, correct, and resubmit denied or unpaid claims
• Interpret Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) and work closely with payers to resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with billing and clinical teams to identify and prevent errors in claim submission
• Process appeals and collections efficiently to maintain optimal A/R performance
• Assist with training and process improvement initiatives to strengthen revenue cycle operations

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of medical billing, revenue cycle, or A/R experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of EMR and billing systems
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Independent and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and claim management tools
