We’re a dynamic, multi-concept restaurant group recognized for our exceptional food, service, and culture. With three unique dining experiences and more on the horizon, we’re seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking Controller to take charge of our financial operations and help shape the next phase of our growth.
The Role:
This isn’t a back-office number-cruncher role — it’s a chance to be a key strategic voice in a fast-paced, people-driven business. You’ll partner with leadership to optimize profitability, streamline systems, and bring clarity to our financial performance across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for a multi-unit operation
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase sales and reduce costs
- Oversee accounting operations, P&L statements, and cost controls for food, beverage, and labor
- Support new restaurant openings with financial models, projections, and ROI insights
- Collaborate with operations leaders to translate financial data into business decisions
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 3–6 years of financial management experience, ideally within restaurant or hospitality environments
- A strategic mindset with strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Clear communication skills — able to turn complex numbers into actionable insights
