Director of Operations, Benefits & Compensation

Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within the QSR or food service industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing new systems and operational processes.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and scaling operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience with multi-unit management.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and operational software.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Director of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability across all locations.
  • Lead the execution of new systems and processes to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet targets.
  • Train and mentor management teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
