Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations across Front- and Back-of-House
Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and service standards are met
Manage budgets, labor, and full P&L accountability
Recruit, train, and develop team members for long-term success
Foster a positive culture centered on hospitality, teamwork, and accountability

Qualifications

Proven experience managing a high-volume casual or family-style restaurant
Demonstrated leadership of 15+ team members
Strong communication, coaching, and operational skills
Stable employment history
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening
