Seeking a Dynamic Executive Chef to Oversee High-end Corporate Dining Services

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary team and dining facilities in the Greenville, SC area. This role involves managing daily dining services and catering at a corporate home office. The ideal candidate combines a passion for hospitality with culinary creativity and strong servant leadership skills.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role in full-service hotels, contract food services, or large-scale restaurants
  • Extensive contract food service experience preferred
  • Culinary Degree REQUIRED
  • Proven ability to create high-quality, diverse menus
  • Strong skills in team leadership and personnel management

Chef Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on leadership
  • Manage annual food service budget and control costs
  • Oversee food and supply procurement and storage
  • Evaluate and enhance team performance
  • Foster a culture of trust, respect, and teamwork
