We are an established brand looking for a very strong regional operator who can own the Central Florida market. Need to bring a personality and work ethic that makes people believe in and want to work for you. Someone who loves being in their restaurants and elevating performance – a true road warrior!

Regional Manager Responsibilities:

  • Travel frequently to assigned locations to provide visibility and determine areas of business needing improvement.
  • Staff, coach and develop General Managers and their teams.
  • Implement initiatives to increase sales and profitability and deliver results
  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through exceptional service and food.
  • Role model the highest standards.

Regional Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a multi unit leadership role with a full service concept
  • Demonstrated success overseeing a minimum of 8 locations and developing talent internally
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing strongly preferred
  • Strong background with performance management, financial acumen and problem solving
  • Results-driven leadership style with a focus on hospitality excellence

Regional Manager Compensation & Benefits:

  • A base salary of $100-$120K per year
  • Strong bonus program based on sales and profitability growth
