Regional HR Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Foster a welcoming, professional, and engaging workplace culture
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate HR strategies
- Promote an open-door environment that values transparency and collaboration
- Lead HR initiatives across multiple regions and departments
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Oversee employee relations, development, and engagement programs
- Partner with leadership on organizational planning and performance management
Regional HR Manager Qualifications Include:
- At least 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience/knowledge of all local, state, and federal labor law guidelines
- Experience managing groups of over 1,000 employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
