Office Manager

Office Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
- Associate's degree or equivalent in administration, accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
Office Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Highly organized, energetic, and process-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to see the big picture while being detail-oriented and passionate.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong implementation and follow-through skills.
Office Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative activities, ensuring effective communication with employees regarding key projects and activities.
- Support customer visits and provide essential assistance to the CEO, President, and leadership team.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Assist the Director of Operations and facilitate new hire orientations.
- Serve as the organizer of all office activities, working independently with minimal supervision.
