Regional Director Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of director experience in a high-volume upscale operation with oversight of 3+ units.
  • Minimum 3+ years of entertainment venue management experience in a high-volume role, ideally with full-service bar and kitchen.
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or related field preferred.

Regional Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Establish direction and communication to General Managers, holding them accountable for venue execution.
  • Supervise a team of General Managers across the region, spending 80% of the time in venues to monitor performance and provide feedback.
  • Conduct regular meetings and inspections to reinforce company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure attainment of budgeted sales results while controlling expenses.
  • Provide leadership to drive sales and maximize margins.
  • Manage people issues, ensuring retention, training, and development of team members.
  • Approve promotions, terminations, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Travel at least 50% of the time to oversee operations.
