Director of Finance
Join a growing, multi-concept restaurant group with multiple unique and exciting concepts. This hands-on, on site finance leadership role partners closely with operations to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive the group's performance and growth.
Director of Finance Benefits

Director of Finance Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of finance or accounting leadership in hospitality or multi-unit operations
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles, P&L ownership, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in financial systems; experience with Restaurant365 (R365) strongly preferred
- Skilled communicator who can simplify financial concepts for non-financial operators
- Service-minded, proactive leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Director of Finance Responsibilities
- Lead monthly close process and prepare P&Ls by concept and consolidated group
- Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing key financial trends and performance drivers
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and operations
- Oversee labor, COGS, and prime cost tracking, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
- Maintain data integrity, manage reconciliations, and ensure timely tax filings and compliance
