General Manager Requirements:
- Current or very recent experience with QSR/Drive Thru
- Consistent work history
- 2+ years of Store Manager experience
- Upbeat personality — highly positive and able to coach
- Great communication skills and professional appearance
- Focusing on delivering great value and amazing customer service
General Manager Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional skills in hiring, training, and mentoring staff
- Profit and loss experience preferred
- Hiring process
- Inventory skills, along with building vendor relationships
- A clear leadership style with a hands-on mentality
