Requirements & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensure required; Independent licensure (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to provide services in a home and community-based setting

Must Haves

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs
• Perform in-home assessments and respond effectively to crises
• Develop and monitor treatment plans while maintaining thorough clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with external providers and client support systems

Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience working with diverse populations in a community-based setting
• Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to work independently in the field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, schools, and other providers
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and documentation standards
