Operations Manager
Join a new growing home care organization franchise launching in the Henderson, NV area! We provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care, and we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to build and oversee daily systems, staffing, and service delivery from the ground up. This is a founding leadership role with the chance to make a lasting impact on how care is delivered in our community.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary up to $70,000/year + performance based bonus (commensurate with experience)

Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of operations or administrative leadership, preferably in home care, home health, or senior services
- Experience with licensing, compliance, and scheduling systems
- Proficiency in WellSky or similar care management software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement systems for client intake, scheduling, billing, and payroll
- Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance from startup through operation
- Recruit, train, and lead caregivers and office staff
- Oversee care quality, client satisfaction, and issue resolution
- Manage billing, payroll accuracy, and performance reporting
