We’re seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead care management operations across Colorado and Wyoming. This role combines people leadership, program oversight, and strategic growth — ideal for someone who thrives in both mission-driven service and operational excellence.
Regional Care Director Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a regional team of Care Managers
- Ensure quality, compliance, and client-centered service delivery
- Represent the organization in court and community settings
- Strengthen partnerships and expand regional impact
- Track performance, improve systems, and support strategic goals
Regional Care Director Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Social Work preferred or related field
- 3–5 years of leadership in social services or care management
- LCSW preferred; National Guardian certification (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within Colorado and Wyoming and to the Corporate office as needed.
