Director of People and Talent – Northern Virginia
Join a growing multi-unit restaurant company as the Director of People and Talent, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and culture of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful, people-first leader to drive strategic HR initiatives and talent management.

Director of People and Talent Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality or multi-unit restaurant industry
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
- Proven experience in strategic HR leadership and talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance specific to the hospitality industry
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decisions
- Experience managing employee relations and conflict resolution
Director of People and Talent Preferred Background & Skills:
- Director-level experience in a hospitality company
- Experience with scaling growth companies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, positive, and resilient mindset
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Proficiency in HRIS and technology
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
