Site Civil Engineer PE/PM – Madison or Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

Site Civil Engineer Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience ($70,000 – $130,000)

Site Civil Engineer Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- 5-10 years of experience as a project manager or project engineer
- Experience in land development and utility design, preferably in Wisconsin
- Proficiency in analyzing survey, mapping, and materials-testing data using computer modeling software
- Ability to create blueprints and engineered drawings using CAD packages
- Strong understanding of local and state regulations and engineering best management practices
- Experience in preparing bids, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders
Site Civil Engineer Preferred Background & Skills:
- Familiarity with construction costs and project feasibility assessments
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings to the public and stakeholders
- Ability to manage and direct project phases effectively
- Knowledge of public and private infrastructure maintenance and repair processes
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance with legal guidelines and health and safety requirements
- Experience with environmental impact assessments and risk analysis
