Position: BIM Modeler

We’re looking for a talented BIM Modeler to bring innovative and structural design projects to life. In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineers and project managers to transform design intent into detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documents that make a real impact. BIM Modeler Responsibilities:

• Build and manage detailed AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit models for impactful coastal resiliency and structural projects.
• Bring designs to life by producing high-quality drawings, construction documents, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate across disciplines to streamline BIM workflows and ensure project accuracy.
• Lead model-based design reviews, identify clashes early, and uphold quality standards.
• Play an active role in construction support by responding to RFIs and coordinating documentation.
• Apply your expertise in site development, structural detailing, and coastal resiliency to create smart, resilient designs.

BIM Modeler Qualifications:

• Degree in Drafting, Design Technology, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of proven expertise with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and BIM modeling tools.
• Demonstrated experience delivering civil, structural, or coastal resiliency projects with a strong project portfolio.
• Solid grasp of design principles, construction detailing, and site development practices.
• Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Knowledge of RFIs, construction documentation workflows, and ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
