Restaurant Manager – Jupiter, FL

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or related fields
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Responsibilities include supervising reservations and host/hostess area, overseeing guest services, resolving issues, managing the reservation POS system, training personnel, and taking food and alcohol orders
  • Adherence to all safety and sanitation regulations

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in upscale dining or hospitality management
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment
  • Previous experience in training and managing staff
