Restaurant Manager – Jupiter, FL

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Responsibilities include supervising reservations and host/hostess area, overseeing guest services, resolving issues, managing the reservation POS system, training personnel, and taking food and alcohol orders
- Adherence to all safety and sanitation regulations
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in upscale dining or hospitality management
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to foster a positive team environment
- Previous experience in training and managing staff
