Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional food quality.
Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team.
Create and maintain innovative menus that align with our brand identity.
Manage food costs, inventory, and purchasing.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume ($6 – $15 million a year) upscale casual scratch restaurant in a similar role.
Proven success in leading large, high-performing teams (10-20 cooks per shift).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for Spanish and Cuban cuisine preferred.
Presentable and professional demeanor.
