Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a scratch kitchen environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) speaker preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to train, develop, and motivate team members
- Experience managing high-volume operations (over $4 million)
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to ensure smooth kitchen operations, including inventory management and prep lists
Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Previous experience in a gastropub or similar dining establishment
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for creating a positive work environment and fostering team collaboration
