Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a salaried restaurant manager role
  • 10+ years in operations
  • Positive leadership style with a hands-on approach
  • Full-service, scratch-kitchen branded restaurant management experience
  • Strong financial acumen to understand and improve store performance
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and personal growth as a leader
  • Ability to lead a team of 30+ to exceed guest expectations

Restaurant Assistant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Familiarity with operational metrics and performance improvement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
