Account Coordinator – Events & Exhibits Industry (Trainee) | Orlando, FL

Are you ready to launch your career in the exciting world of events and exhibits? This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to learn the business from the ground up while supporting major brands and creative projects across the country. You’ll be mentored by seasoned Account Managers and gain hands-on experience in client relations, project coordination, and event production.

This is a trainee position that assists the Account Manager and is designed to grow into an Account Manager role

What You’ll Do

  • Assist Account Managers with project coordination from concept through completion.
  • Help manage timelines, budgets, and communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Track progress, organize deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Support trade show logistics, shipping coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Learn the full lifecycle of exhibit and event production.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for learning.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a “jump in and help” attitude.
  • Previous administrative, marketing, or event coordination experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50K to $55K+, depending on experience
  • Benefits: Medical contribution, paid time off, 401K with company contribution (after 12 months)
