Director of Finance – Multi-Property Oversight Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; 10+ years of progressive finance leadership
- Proven experience managing multi-property hospitality finance functions
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, P&L oversight, and balance sheet management
- Advanced Excel, Sage Intacct, and multi-property reporting tool proficiency
- Strong NYC Experience in Hospitality
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
Director of Finance – Multi-Property Oversight Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with MRI, POS/PMS systems, and financial technology tools
- Membership in professional associations such as HFTP or AAHOA
- Track record of coaching high-performing teams and driving operational consistency
