Full-Time DVM Requirements

  • 2+ years of Emergency Practice experience with some focus on surgery
  • Must have active DVM licensure in the state of CA or the ability to attain licensure
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Leadership and ownership mentality with a servant's heart
  • Updated knowledge of current best practices in veterinary care
