Marcia Recks joined the Goodwin Recruiting team in August 2018. She is passionate about creating opportunities for talented leaders and making perfect matches with incredible clients across the US. Marcia’s experience ranges from fast-casual to upscale to fine dining, with events planning and management at the server level to Director of Operations.
Originally from Quincy, IL, Marcia has spent her entire adulthood living and working in St. Louis, MO. She is a HUGE Cardinals and Blues fan (GO CARDS! LET’S GO BLUES!). Her undergraduate degree is in Education, and she has a Master’s in Theatre – both of which have served her well in the hospitality industry over the years.
