Lead Physical Therapist – Las Vegas, NV

Our Client is seeking a dynamic Lead Physical Therapist to join our expanding outpatient clinic in Las Vegas. If you’re a licensed PT who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment—and you're ready to grow into a true leadership role—this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based outpatient PT
  • Lead, coach, and support PTAs, techs, massage therapists, and front office staff
  • Ensure strong documentation, clinic compliance, and workflow efficiency
  • Support patient engagement, community outreach, and clinic growth initiatives
  • Help shape a positive, collaborative, patient-centered culture

What You Bring

  • Licensed (or eligible) PT in Nevada
  • Master’s or Doctorate in PT
  • Outpatient experience (strongly preferred)
  • Orthopedic/manual therapy background
  • Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
