Full-Time DVM Requirements

2+ years of Emergency Practice experience with some focus on surgery
Must have active DVM licensure in the state of CA or the ability to attain licensure
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Leadership and ownership mentality with a servant's heart
Updated knowledge of current best practices in veterinary care
