Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
Altruistic nature and supportive management style
Open availability for scheduling flexibility
Strong desire to grow within the company
Excellent guest service skills and team development capabilities
Financially responsible with experience in cost management
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks
Willingness to learn and adapt to our operational methods

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience in both independent and corporate restaurant environments
Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive team atmosphere
Proven track record of enhancing guest satisfaction and team performance
Additional certifications in hospitality management or related fields would be a plus
