General Manager – NY, NY
Join a fast-growing bagel and bakery concept with multiple locations across NYC as a General Manager for one of its Manhattan locations. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong growth potential for someone who loves hospitality, great food, and team culture.
We’re looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic leader who thrives in a busy, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume café or bakery settings, a passion for fresh and thoughtful food, and a genuine desire to mentor and motivate their team.

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of recent restaurant or café management experience (bagel or bakery experience a plus).
- Steady work history with a proven record of leadership success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance guest service with operational and financial goals.
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience rooted in genuine hospitality.
- Lead by example with a hands-on management style.
- Hire, train, and develop team members to uphold company standards.
- Maintain operational excellence across service, cleanliness, and product quality.
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor while controlling costs.
- Uphold a positive, team-oriented culture.
