About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead day-to-day bar operations in a busy, family-friendly restaurant. This hands-on leader ensures great guest service, consistent drinks, and smooth coordination with the front and back of house. The role requires a flexible schedule — nights and weekends are a must — and a commitment to leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

Bar Manager Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, efficient guest service and uphold drink quality standards
- Hire, train, and schedule bar staff while fostering teamwork
- Manage bar opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
- Track inventory, manage vendors, and control beverage costs
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization behind the bar
- Support menu updates, seasonal features, and special events
Bar Manager Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of bar or restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control
- TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent alcohol certification
- Reliable, upbeat, and guest-focused approach
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
